1. Domestic Orders (India)

At Noava Wrap, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and customer satisfaction. Please review the following policies for orders placed within India.

1.1. Replacements & Exchanges

You are eligible for a replacement or exchange if:

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • You received an incorrect product.
To request a replacement:
  • Send clear photos of the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Contact us via email (noavawrap@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (8608244255).
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Special Case: Laptop Skins
  • If you ordered the wrong model, you can request a replacement by paying 50% of the product price.
  • If the product has not yet been dispatched, you may update the model within 4 hours of placing the order free of charge.
1.2. Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. If there are any issues:
  • Provide an unboxing video as proof for claims.
Unboxing Video Guidelines:
  • Duration: 1–4 minutes.
  • Clearly show the packaging and product condition.
  • Send the video to 8608244255 via WhatsApp.
1.3. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
  • If we fail to deliver your order within 20 days.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days once approved.
Important Notes:
  • No refunds for orders rejected or refused upon delivery.
  • For missing items, a valid unboxing video is required for re-shipment.
  • Refunds are granted only if Noava is unable to ship or fulfill the order.
1.4. Order Cancellations
  • Cancellations are allowed within 2–4 hours of order placement.
  • A cancellation fee of 18% applies.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processed by our payment gateway.
1.5. Non-Returnable & Customized Items
  • No returns for change of mind or unmet expectations (all products are custom-made).
  • Minor color/design differences due to screen settings are not considered defects..
  • Customized skins (with uploaded images) are non-returnable and non-refundable..
1.6. Undelivered Goods Due to Customer Issues
If a package is returned due to:
  • Incorrect address, or
  • Refusal to accept delivery.
Then:
  • A re-shipping fee of ₹89 will be charged.
  • No refunds or design changes will be allowed in such cases.

2. International Orders

Please review the following policies for international customers:

2.1. Order Changes
  • you may update your order before it is shipped by contacting us via the Contact Us form (select “Order Related Query”) with your Order ID and new request.
  • If the item has shipped but not yet been delivered, you can still request changes by paying a ₹29 redelivery fee (prepaid via a secure payment link).
2.2. Tracking & Delivery

You will receive tracking updates via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

2.3. Replacements & Exchanges
  • No refunds once an international order has been shipped.
  • If you receive a wrong or damaged item, notify us within 48 hours with clear images.
  • If the defect is reported before application, we will send a free replacement.
2.4. Refund Eligibility
  • If we fail to deliver within 30 days, we will investigate and issue a full refund.
  • Prepaid cancellations (before shipping) will be refunded within 2 business days, and the amount will reflect in your account within 3–7 business days.
2.5. Order Cancellations
  • You may cancel the order before it is shipped (usually within 4–12 hours).
  • Once shipped, no cancellations will be accepted.
2.6. Important Notes for International Orders
  • Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Color differences due to display settings are not considered defects.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international shipments.
